For fire emergencies, please call 911 immediately and then contact our office. If you have a water leak, please turn off the water or contact the city at 325-657-4295.

1. No hot water throughout the entire dwelling
2. Water pipe burst
3. Heating not working when below 40 degrees
4. Air conditioning not working when above 90 degrees
5. Sewer line back up
